Virginia Spencer joined Provence Messervy as an associate in 2015, where her practice focuses on probate litigation, estate planning and probate administration. She regularly practices in the Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley County Probate Courts, and also appears in other courts state-wide.
Virginia attended the Charleston School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school she served as an Articles Editor for the Charleston Law Review and as Clerk for the Haynesworth Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta in addition to volunteering with the Dorchester County Probate Court and the Center for Heirs Property.
Virginia is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Charleston County Bar Association, and the Dorchester County Bar Association.
