In 2021, Mr. Messervy began to serve as Of Counsel to the firm and got to enjoy more time at the lake and outside of the courtroom.

Over the course of his impressive career, spanning more than four decades, he played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's culture and growth. He was also instrumental in helping our firm establish itself as trusted and reliable.

His dedication to excellence and commitment to client success was evident in his work. He played a significant role in numerous cases, earning a reputation as the go-to person for help with strategic thinking.

Because of his sharp legal acumen and unwavering determination to secure favorable outcomes for clients, Mr. Messervy will not only be missed by our team but also by his previous clients and the community as well. His work extended beyond the walls of PMC Law Firm, as he was actively engaged in various professional associations, and as we mentioned, he was very involved in children’s athletics programs.
